About the Role

What You'll Do

Act as the main point of contact for restaurant clients across a designated region, focusing on long-term satisfaction and business growth. You'll conduct weekly in-person visits—averaging at least 12 per week—to review performance, share actionable insights from business intelligence tools, and support smooth onboarding onto the platform. Partner with Account Executives to identify renewal opportunities and potential upsells, while also qualifying clients for merchant cash advance offerings to meet monthly targets. Ensure client data accuracy by coordinating with internal teams and deliver clear, client-friendly analysis of performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

You must have a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of account management experience, or an associate’s degree with at least two years in a related role. Prior experience in client-facing roles with a focus on high-quality service is essential. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, along with strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical abilities are crucial—you’ll need to interpret complex data and present it clearly to clients. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary due to frequent field travel.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Familiarity with the AS400 system is a plus but not mandatory.
