What You'll Do
Act as the central administrative partner to the Chief Digital Officer and senior leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Digital Banking Platform team. Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive communications and time-sensitive requests with discretion.
Prepare and manage executive-level correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Coordinate complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and maintain comprehensive records of discussions and action items. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently.
Support strategic initiatives by managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and preparing financial documentation for review. Assist with special assignments that contribute to leadership decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility, particularly in executive support roles
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- High proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating and formatting documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all organizational levels
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capability, and professional judgment
