What You'll Do
Drive commercial success for a breakthrough therapy treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) across your assigned territory. You'll identify and develop new clinical sites, accelerate patient implant volume, and ensure each center follows established therapy and patient selection standards. Your role is central to meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic account activation and efficient case flow.
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen outreach initiatives and refine marketing strategies. Guide payer education efforts locally to improve access and awareness. Support site assessments and help onboard new commercial centers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver therapy effectively.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sector. Alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant sales experience without a degree, or three years of direct experience with the therapy at Inspire Medical Systems in a clinical capacity, will be considered.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability in fast-changing environments, and the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight trips when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting implantable medical devices, including participation in implant procedures or follow-up care
- Experience launching new products or entering new markets in the healthcare space
- Track record building physician referral networks and developing clinical accounts
