What You'll Do
- Act as the primary contact for a dedicated group of customers, fostering trust and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the customer journey
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and precision, focusing on effective resolution
- Process and track orders in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth order execution and delivery
- Assist in preparing quotations and serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments
- Coordinate shipping logistics and keep customers informed about delivery timelines or potential disruptions
- Support finance operations by helping resolve billing issues, credit concerns, and contract-related questions
- Provide initial technical assistance, including reviewing customer specifications and drawings when needed
- Track service performance and customer feedback to help improve service quality
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes, digital tools, and workflows within the customer care function
- Support organizational changes and digital transformation initiatives as they arise
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in an industrial or B2B context
- Advanced proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Strong focus on customer needs while aligning with business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in handling inbound calls and written correspondence
- Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions and improving outcomes
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce or M3
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and continuous improvement projects
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and diverse teams
