About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary contact for a dedicated group of customers, fostering trust and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the customer journey
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and precision, focusing on effective resolution
  • Process and track orders in ERP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth order execution and delivery
  • Assist in preparing quotations and serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments
  • Coordinate shipping logistics and keep customers informed about delivery timelines or potential disruptions
  • Support finance operations by helping resolve billing issues, credit concerns, and contract-related questions
  • Provide initial technical assistance, including reviewing customer specifications and drawings when needed
  • Track service performance and customer feedback to help improve service quality
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes, digital tools, and workflows within the customer care function
  • Support organizational changes and digital transformation initiatives as they arise

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in an industrial or B2B context
  • Advanced proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong focus on customer needs while aligning with business goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in handling inbound calls and written correspondence
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions and improving outcomes
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce or M3
  • Interest in digital tools, automation, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and diverse teams
