In this role, you'll direct end-to-end paid social initiatives, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and delivering measurable results. You’ll manage client relationships, guiding strategic discussions and driving decisions that influence long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for 3–5 major accounts or portfolios generating at least $20,000 monthly recurring revenue
- Direct paid advertising initiatives, from planning to optimization, with a focus on performance and scalability
- Act as the primary strategic contact for clients, managing expectations and fostering trust
- Guide internal teams with clear direction while nurturing a collaborative and constructive work environment
- Mentor junior strategists through hands-on collaboration and real-time coaching
- Drive innovation by testing new platforms, techniques, and AI-powered tools to stay ahead of industry shifts
- Collaborate with specialists to refine campaign execution, reporting, and attribution
- Advocate for paid social within the broader marketing funnel using insights from platforms like Google Analytics and Shopify
- Support department growth through strategic audits, service expansion ideas, and thought leadership
- Leverage internal technologies, including the Nova ecosystem, to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign performance
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid social platforms
- Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and emerging networks like TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and pivot tables
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort speaking publicly and presenting strategic insights to clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance advertising processes
