As an Analyst in Advertising, you'll play a key role in managing paid digital campaigns from setup to optimization, ensuring strong performance for B2B SaaS clients. You'll analyze campaign data to generate insights, refine targeting strategies, and contribute to ongoing improvements in ad delivery and messaging. Your work will directly influence client outcomes through accurate reporting, creative development, and consistent execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across search and social platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Develop and test new advertising approaches to improve reach and efficiency
- Write and refine ad copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
- Prepare and format client-ready materials in line with established standards
- Collaborate with team leads and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or a related field
- Familiarity with core advertising platforms and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accountability
- A proactive mindset, with initiative in both project execution and personal growth
- Ability to derive meaning from data and translate findings into actionable steps

Work Environment
This position supports remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements, with a preference for candidates in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
