As Associate Director of Paid Media, you'll guide a group of marketers, shaping their growth through hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and structured mentorship. Your leadership will set the standard for excellence, directly managing complex client accounts and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Drive client retention and revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities within your portfolio
- Coach team members through shadowing, role-playing, and consistent feedback to build skill and confidence
- Model best practices in campaign execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube
- Leverage AI and proprietary technology to streamline workflows and improve performance outcomes
- Apply deep knowledge of marketing funnels to align paid media with broader business goals
- Translate data into actionable insights, moving beyond metrics to uncover the story behind the numbers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine operations, enhance team dynamics, and elevate strategic capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media
- Three or more years in an agency environment managing enterprise-level campaigns
- Hands-on expertise in SEM, including bid strategies, keyword research, and ad copy development
- Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple formats—Performance Max, Display, Shopping, Local, and Bing Ads
- Minimum of 2 years leading teams, with a focus on development and performance
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft Office, and data storytelling
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
