As a Paid Search Specialist, you will lead the management and refinement of search advertising initiatives for B2B SaaS organizations. Your focus will be on building effective strategies, running performance tests, and using data to improve results over time. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver clear outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine paid search programs tailored to B2B SaaS clients
- Design advertising strategies based on audience insights, competitive benchmarks, and client targets
- Adjust campaign settings, budgets, and bidding approaches to meet performance goals
- Experiment with ad variations, audience segments, scheduling, and targeting parameters
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Looker
- Track KPIs, uncover trends, and assess return on investment
- Produce performance summaries and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships through reliability and proactive problem-solving
- Communicate clearly across departments and client teams
- Support team development by sharing knowledge and contributing to learning initiatives
What You Bring
- Minimum of three years managing paid search campaigns on digital advertising platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube
- Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact in fast-moving environments
- Proven track record managing multifaceted projects and client relationships
Preferred Background
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Background in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Agency experience in marketing or advertising
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

Compensation
Annual salary range: $65,500–$80,000 CAD
