Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is hiring a Working student in Agentic AI – Program Support & Community Enablement. In this role, you will support the Agentic AI team within Central Services by combining organizational strength with a genuine interest in future technologies. You will actively contribute to positioning the Agentic AI domain through structured support and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Support Program Steering through structured preparation and follow-up for meetings, workshops, and expert formats.
- Coordinate internal alignments, ensuring transparency and consistent follow-up on measures.
- Actively contribute to the conception, preparation, and moderation of expert rounds.
- Prepare complex content in a target-group-oriented and visually clear manner for management and specialist circles.
- Actively participate in building and developing our Agentic AI community and drive enablement formats forward.
- Demonstrate a good feel for UI/UX by ensuring user-centric, professional design of presentations and materials.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in business, communication, media, design, computer science, AI/digitalization or a comparable field.
- Very good organizational and structuring skills.
- Confidence in creating professional presentations, especially with MS PowerPoint.
- Good basic understanding of UI/UX principles and visual design.
- Independent and proactive mindset, taking reliable responsibility for your topics.
- Enthusiasm for networking people, actively shaping exchange formats, and contributing goal-oriented improvement ideas.
- On-site presence is required.
- Interest in AI and digital topics.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- First points of contact with topics of Generative AI or Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of Miro, Figma, or comparable tools.
