Join our people team as a People Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience from hire to departure. You'll manage essential HR functions with precision, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing employees
- Maintain and audit employee records in ADP, upholding accuracy and confidentiality
- Generate HR reports and analyze metrics such as turnover, headcount, and hiring timelines to support strategic decisions
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations through regular audits and documentation reviews
- Act as a reliable resource for employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures and internal knowledge resources
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and support vendor relationships
- Lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions, from posting roles to coordinating interviews
- Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and implement process improvements
- Prepare for compliance audits and maintain up-to-date records, including I-9s and policy acknowledgments
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a related role
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP, and a comfort level using data to inform decisions
- Deep attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive employee information
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance requirements
- Skill in creating clear documentation and maintaining organized records
- Experience recruiting for hourly roles, including screening, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
