Client Services Business Analyst
This role is responsible for guiding client engagements from initial concept through successful application launch within a multiplatform pharmaceutical solution. You will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables align with client expectations, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead project planning and implementation, overseeing progress from design through deployment
- Collaborate with Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under managerial guidance to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to prepare content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions, training resources, and testing protocols
- Support the development of client-facing materials including presentations, meeting summaries, and action plans
- Engage directly with clients to manage changes to project scope and deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings involving delivery, enablement, and subject matter experts as needed
- Deepen understanding of project drivers and business value by working closely with leadership
- Conduct final internal application testing before client review
- Maintain accurate awareness of all active projects, including status, next steps, and upcoming client needs
- Address client inquiries by resolving issues directly or routing to the appropriate team with clear communication
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business
- 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a Market Access agency
- Proven understanding of Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval workflows
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical marketplace, brand dynamics, and data integration
- Working knowledge of Market Access principles and practices
- Experience with project management tools, Figma, or comparable design software
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Indianapolis, requiring one day per week on-site. Remote flexibility is available for the remainder of the workweek.
