About the Role
This position supports clients in implementing and maintaining Workday payroll solutions specific to Canadian statutory and operational requirements, ensuring accurate configuration and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday payroll components for Canadian clients
- Interpret Canadian payroll legislation for system implementation
- Collaborate with project teams to define payroll requirements
- Support testing of payroll calculations and outputs
- Troubleshoot payroll processing issues in Workday
- Document system configurations and process flows
- Provide subject matter expertise on Canadian pay practices
- Assist in data conversion related to payroll setup
- Participate in client workshops and requirement sessions
- Ensure compliance with Canadian tax and labor regulations
- Validate year-end reporting for Canadian jurisdictions
- Support audit and compliance reviews
- Develop training materials for client payroll teams
- Guide clients through payroll testing cycles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian payroll changes
- Work with technical teams on integration points
- Review payroll results for accuracy and consistency
- Assist with post-go-live support and stabilization
- Translate business needs into Workday configuration
- Support multi-entity Canadian payroll environments

Preferred Qualifications
