About the Role
The individual in this role will bridge technical implementation and client needs by configuring software, troubleshooting data pipelines, and ensuring successful adoption by public sector partners.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure software platforms within government agency environments
- Collaborate with public sector teams to understand technical constraints and requirements
- Translate policy goals into functional technical specifications
- Support data integration from legacy criminal justice systems
- Diagnose and resolve data quality and pipeline issues
- Document technical processes and configurations for internal and client use
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay client feedback
- Ensure implementations meet security and compliance standards
- Guide agencies through testing and validation phases
- Provide technical training to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor system performance post-deployment
- Iterate on configurations based on user feedback
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients
- Assist in defining scope for new implementation projects
- Troubleshoot cross-system interoperability challenges
- Support onboarding of new agency partners
- Ensure data mappings align with defined metrics
- Coordinate timelines with internal development cycles
- Validate data accuracy during migration and synchronization
- Contribute to improving internal deployment tooling
Nice to Have
- Prior work with government or public health data systems
- Experience in criminal justice, social services, or related fields
- Knowledge of data standardization frameworks
- Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of FERPA, HIPAA, or similar compliance regulations
Compensation
$120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Work Arrangement
Remote with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings
