Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads within five minutes using HubSpot
- Initiate first contact with leads via phone using Aircall and a prepared script
- Consistently follow up with leads who haven't been reached through calls and text messages
- Book 15-minute discovery calls directly onto licensed agents' calendars
- Verify appointment details such as date, time, time zone, and contact information
- Prepare potential clients for their scheduled call and ensure a smooth transition to the agent
- Record all call results, outcomes, and relevant notes accurately in HubSpot
- Update lead status in Slack and coordinate with agents when necessary
