Lead the design and implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation solutions for international clients, ensuring configurations align with complex business needs. Guide projects from scoping through deployment, maintaining high standards for quality, timeline, and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations, focusing on Advanced Compensation and related HCM modules
- Lead discovery sessions to identify client challenges and recommend optimized, sustainable solutions
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for mid- to high-complexity initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations, and post-merger rollouts
- Ensure project alignment with security, reporting, and compliance frameworks within Workday
- Diagnose and resolve system issues using structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Support team growth by mentoring junior consultants and contributing proven methodologies to internal knowledge resources
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Workday implementation or post-production support, with hands-on work in Core HCM, Security, and Reporting
- Proven expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and at least one additional functional area
- Strong analytical abilities, including advanced Excel proficiency and data interpretation
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving consensus
- Adaptability to change and willingness to travel occasionally (under 10% annually)
