Role Overview
This position supports the Professional Services Project Governance Program by maintaining quality, compliance, and consistency across client projects. As a key member of the PMO team, the coordinator collaborates with Delivery, Operations, and Risk Management teams to manage governance frameworks and tools, ensuring projects meet established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain project governance processes and systems
- Conduct regular quality and compliance assessments on active client engagements
- Identify risks, gaps, and non-compliance issues, escalating as needed
- Develop and manage compliance reporting within the first 90 days
- Implement proactive workflows to ensure timely completion of critical project tasks
- Enhance PM compliance procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency within six months
- Partner with PMO leadership to refine governance strategies and reporting structures
- Gradually assume full ownership of governance program administration and oversight
- Provide leadership with clear visibility into project health and compliance status
- Support resolution planning for governance-related escalations
- Build organizational expertise in compliance and governance best practices
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in business analysis using enterprise software
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Proven ability to generate performance reports and translate data into insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating strategic presentations and performance summaries
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to align tactical execution with strategic goals
- Self-motivated with high energy and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Skilled at building relationships and working effectively in team environments
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to improving business outcomes
