About the Role

Shinesty is looking for a Wholesale Sales Representative with a sense of humor to expand our wholesale distribution. In this remote role, you will be responsible for cultivating new leads, building lasting relationships, closing deals, and helping customers succeed with our products. Success is measured by sales performance and comes with uncapped commission potential.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and communication to connect with retailers.
  • Conduct product and service presentations for new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and objections.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Work toward and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop success strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and sales techniques.
  • Attend sales meetings and regional trade shows across the country.
  • Travel to visit customer accounts, improve merchandising, and strengthen relationships.
