Shape market expansion across APAC as a Senior Sales Development Representative for a rapidly scaling technology platform. You’ll lead outbound initiatives to build pipeline in high-growth sectors including SaaS, gaming, and digital commerce, focusing on strategic accounts and decision-maker engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified opportunities in key verticals.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, tailoring multi-channel strategies to engage senior stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, video, and social platforms, refining messaging based on engagement data.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to map organizational structures and align outreach with revenue goals.
- Track and maintain accurate account progression in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline integrity.
- Uncover customer pain points in early conversations and position platform value effectively.
- Test and refine prospecting methods to improve performance and contribute to team playbooks.
- Represent the company at industry events to expand visibility and generate strategic leads.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in quota-carrying lead generation within B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin; written Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage pipeline activity, and prioritize outreach.
- Experience engaging senior-level contacts with clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs, handle objections, and advance deals.
- Familiarity with payments, gaming, eCommerce, or digital product ecosystems.
- A growth mindset with a history of improving outreach effectiveness in evolving markets.
Preferred Background
- Experience in payments or gaming industries.
- Track record selling into the Greater China market.
Tools & Environment

Compensation & Growth
This position offers an annual on-target earnings of SGD 114,000, split between a base salary of SGD 77,000 and a variable component of SGD 37,000. You’ll receive mentorship in tech sales, with clear pathways for professional development in a profitable, customer-driven organization.
