About the Role

As an Account Executive in El Salvador, you will lead end-to-end sales initiatives to help organizations achieve their digital transformation objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales approaches, and closing deals that combine cloud technologies with professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across diverse industries
  • Collaborate with technical teams, sales engineers, and leadership to align solutions with client business goals
  • Engage with Google sales representatives to uncover net-new leads and support joint demand generation efforts
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies based on customer needs and market dynamics
  • Register and maintain accurate records of opportunities in Salesforce
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of cloud platforms and position value-driven solutions to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

Candidates should bring a proactive, self-driven approach to sales with proven success in complex, consultative environments. You must be comfortable engaging with C-level decision-makers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proven track record in SaaS or IaaS sales, with experience exceeding quarterly targets
  • Strong grasp of value-based selling and strategic negotiation
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfo is highly beneficial
  • Ability to earn Google Cloud Platform Sales Certification within six months of hire
  • Five or more years of direct cloud sales experience preferred
