As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a central role in optimizing and supporting our Salesforce ecosystem. You'll manage platform configurations, including flows, custom metadata, permissions, and user access, ensuring the system aligns with evolving business needs. Your work will directly impact how internal teams use Salesforce to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, focusing on scalability and usability
- Manage changes to system configuration, security settings, and data access controls
- Integrate third-party applications and ensure smooth interoperability with existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and advise on feature adoption and improvements
- Respond to support requests and resolve system-related issues efficiently
- Document configurations and processes to create a reliable knowledge base for the team
What We Require
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
- Experience working in Agile or Scrumban environments, including participation in stand-ups and sprint planning
- Proven ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Comfort using AI-powered tools to automate tasks and accelerate development
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the U.S. and select Canadian provinces. Employees based in Indianapolis may choose to work from the company office. You’ll receive all necessary equipment shipped to your location.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary ranges from $78,200 to $120,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
