TEACHY Schweiz AG, a multiple award-winning EdTech startup, is looking for a Werkstudent Vertrieb Sales to join the team. In this part-time role (20 to 50%), you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into long-term customers for transformative learning programs. You'll conduct structured consultations, sell high-value programs, and build lasting customer relationships while working fully remotely.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for your own sales area.
- Convert qualified leads into structured consultation calls.
- Guide parents through transformative learning programs.
- Sell high-quality programs in the range of 2,000 - 30,000 CHF.
- Secure deals in a clear, binding, and appreciative manner.
- Accompany families after the sale for customer success.
- Identify needs and expand programs through upselling and retention.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, messaging, and objections.
- Suggest small process improvements in the sales workflow.
- Work closely with marketing, matching, and customer success teams.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Enthusiasm for sales and performance.
- Willingness to take direct responsibility for revenue generation.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Open to feedback and a strong desire to develop sales skills.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, customer contact, or consulting.
- Understanding of Swiss German.
- Residence in Southern Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, or near Switzerland.
