About the Role

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive new business development by connecting with key stakeholders in large healthcare organizations. Your primary focus will be initiating conversations with hospital systems, insurers, and pharmaceutical firms to schedule strategic meetings for Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to engage prospects and secure qualified sales appointments
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads with timely, personalized outreach
  • Research target accounts to tailor messaging and improve engagement
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for scheduled meetings and pipeline contribution
  • Maintain accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and support sales operations
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pipeline expansion
  • Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to communicate customer insights and refine outreach strategy

Technology Environment

Proficiency with CRM platforms is essential. You will rely on the organization’s tech stack to manage outreach, monitor engagement, and ensure data accuracy throughout the sales process.
