Drive growth for restaurant businesses through innovative technology
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in introducing restaurant owners to modern point-of-sale and online ordering solutions. Your focus will be on building relationships through direct engagement, identifying operational challenges, and demonstrating how technology can improve efficiency and increase sales.
You'll conduct face-to-face meetings at restaurants, deliver personalized product demonstrations, and guide clients through system setup and training. Success depends on proactive lead generation, consultative selling, and consistent follow-up to convert prospects into satisfied users.
What You'll Do
- Initiate conversations with restaurateurs at partner locations to uncover business needs
- Schedule and lead in-person appointments to showcase product benefits
- Educate owners on how integrated systems can simplify operations and boost profitability
- Install point-of-sale technology and provide on-site training for smooth adoption
- Maintain ethical standards while fostering trust with clients and partners
- Travel locally to support outreach and client acquisition efforts
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in outside sales with self-generated leads
- Proven track record in cold calling and prospecting within small to mid-sized business markets
- Strong communication skills and comfort with field-based selling
