Position: Clinical Sales Representative – Austin, TX
Role Overview
This is a field-based, quota-driven position responsible for leading sales and clinical integration of a next-generation robotic platform across the Austin region. As the primary owner of the territory, you will shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through direct engagement with clinical and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through proactive territory management
- Design and implement a strategic plan for account growth, new customer acquisition, and clinical utilization
- Lead clinical adoption initiatives to accelerate user proficiency and long-term product success
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on performance, goals, and expansion opportunities
- Monitor competitive activity and implement strategies to protect and grow market share
- Forecast territory performance with accuracy and consistency
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities independently
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must have at least three years of sales experience, ideally within the medical device sector, with proven success in clinical environments. Strong communication, organizational, and CRM proficiency are essential. A valid driver's license and ability to travel 50–75% of the time are mandatory.

- Experience selling complex, innovative medical technologies
- Familiarity with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, or endoscopy specialties
- Track record differentiating technical products in competitive markets
- Exposure to product launches, training programs, or early-stage commercialization
- Experience using CRM systems for data tracking and sales planning
