About the Role

BeInCrypto is hiring a Web3 Media Sales Manager (B2B) to drive revenue growth by securing advertising partnerships with web3 companies. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract new business clients, foster long-term relationships, and optimize our B2B media offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies for advertising on our news media platform.
  • Generate leads by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for Web3 clients.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, best practices, and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
  • Strong network and relationships in the web3 space.
  • English as a native language.
  • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
  • An average SQL close rate greater than 35%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
