Within3 is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to fuel our growth by driving prospect and customer engagement and increasing conversions. In this role, you will execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Execute against a digital lead generation strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage Within3’s social media presence to amplify brand presence.
- Own Within3’s employee advocacy program to increase thought leadership and campaign reach among internal champions.
- Run Within3’s paid LinkedIn ads to expand audience engagement.
- Work closely with the Events Manager to deliver pre-, peri, and post-event marketing strategy, promotional support, execution, and lead processing for live and virtual events.
- Work closely with different marketing functions to align campaigns to the global strategy.
- Provide marketing operations support, including the setup of HubSpot workflows and sales sequences.
- Provide sales operations support, including triaging and monitoring leads.
What We're Looking For
- No less than five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital channel execution.
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be highly proficient in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and leveraging a CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a remote-first and fast-paced, agile environment.

- Experience in a B2B SaaS business.
- Experience in the life sciences industry.
