Lead the digital growth strategy for a forward-thinking organization as our LATAM-based Digital Marketing Specialist. In this fully remote role, you’ll architect and manage the full digital engine, driving measurable pipeline results through performance marketing, analytics, and strategic experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the digital pod—set priorities, ensure quality, and drive performance across web, paid media, and lead generation.
- Build and refine a robust measurement framework using GA4, GTM (client and server-side), and Looker Studio to track and optimize performance.
- Manage end-to-end B2B paid media campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword strategy, audience targeting, budget pacing, and creative iteration.
- Lead conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user behavior analysis using platforms like Wix and WordPress.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to enhance lead capture, scoring, and nurturing workflows in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Develop and present digital strategies supported by data, including hypotheses, budget plans, and forecasted outcomes for internal and client stakeholders.
- Execute a full audit of digital channels, tracking setups, and lead flows within the first 30 days, followed by a complete measurement plan to address key gaps.
- Launch 6–8 experiments across paid and web channels by day 60 and deliver performance dashboards showing measurable improvement.
- Produce a documented Digital Playbook by 90 days, outlining scalable, proven programs ready for broader deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or advanced English proficiency.
- Strong command of GA4 (events, explorations), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with B2B attribution modeling and funnel analysis.
- Proven track record managing and scaling B2B campaigns on Google and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX best practices.
- Working knowledge of B2B SEO and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and clients.
- Experience setting high execution standards and aligning cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success.
- Practical use of AI tools for content briefs, quality assurance, and repurposing.

Compensation & Work Environment
