As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries through email and live chat. Your primary focus will be resolving questions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. You’ll ensure all interactions are properly recorded in the CRM system and follow established procedures to maintain consistent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, clear, and courteous support to customers across digital channels
- Log and track customer issues, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Conduct quality assurance reviews according to team protocols
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to represent customer needs
- Work closely with your supervisor to meet performance goals and complete daily tasks in Salesforce
- Help improve team resources by contributing to knowledge bases and FAQs
- Maintain strong performance against KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores

- Ability to manage several live chat sessions at once without compromising quality
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with performance tracking
- Proficiency in email, web browsers, and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Background
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support

Compensation and Growth
