As the B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving revenue by designing and refining outbound marketing strategies. You'll develop multi-stage email sequences tailored to distinct audience segments—including crypto-native firms, institutional players, and event-focused clients—using A/B testing and performance analytics to maximize engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize end-to-end email campaigns across buyer personas, leveraging segmentation and automation tools to improve deliverability and response rates
- Develop compelling sales assets such as one-pagers, pitch decks, pricing models, and objection-handling guides that align with market needs
- Lead the strategy and execution of our newsletter portfolio, overseeing content planning, audience segmentation, sponsor integrations, and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics across channels to uncover trends, refine messaging, and boost ROI
- Maintain CRM accuracy by conducting regular audits, tracking deal progression, and ensuring clean lead management processes
What We’re Looking For
You have at least two years of marketing experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services. You’re fluent in English and skilled in crafting persuasive B2B messaging for emails, LinkedIn outreach, and sales collateral. You’re comfortable using platforms like Customer.io or Instantly and understand the nuances of email automation, deliverability, and conversion optimization.
A solid grasp of blockchain and cryptocurrency is essential, with familiarity in traditional finance a plus. You take initiative, spot inefficiencies, and implement solutions independently. Organized and outcome-focused, you thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership and continuous improvement are expected.
