We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with real estate experience to support operations remotely. You’ll play a key role in managing property listings, handling client inquiries, and ensuring transaction documentation is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property listings and respond promptly to client questions and transaction needs
- Develop and track a steady flow of leads from multiple sources
- Maintain complete and current records in the CRM for all contacts, buyers, and sellers
- Coordinate staging, repairs, and promotional events such as open houses
- Research local market trends and neighborhood features to support client decisions
- Schedule meetings and appointments across brokers, agents, and clients
- Perform general administrative duties and complete assigned tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline or completion of a business-related certification program
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience with CRM platforms, Multiple Listing Services, and property management tools like Appfolio or Buildium
- Proven ability in writing or copywriting for real estate or related content
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Availability to work overnight shifts aligned with US business hours
