This position focuses on analyzing project specifications to generate accurate quotes and delivery forecasts for localization services. The specialist works hand-in-hand with project management to align client needs with operational capacity, ensuring smooth project initiation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed quotations and project timelines based on client requirements and service scope
- Track quote submissions and follow up to improve conversion rates
- Monitor client usage trends and satisfaction levels, sharing insights with internal teams
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and client retention through proactive engagement
- Collaborate with business development on strategic account planning
- Guide clients on project structuring, balancing technical needs with budget considerations
- Streamline administrative processes through targeted improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability
- Meet performance targets related to quote volume, acceptance rates, and average project value
- Communicate project details clearly and professionally across departments
- Ensure accurate transfer of client requirements to project managers
- Maintain financial accuracy by correctly entering client and billing information into project records, including legal entities and purchase orders
Qualifications
Applicants must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience interacting with clients at all levels via phone or video is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Candidates should hold a vocational qualification in administration or a university degree, along with 2–4 years of client-facing experience in translation, localization, or project management.
