As a Territory Account Executive for small and medium-sized businesses, you'll play a key role in expanding the reach of a powerful restaurant technology platform across the Lancaster area. Your focus will be on identifying prospective restaurants, guiding them through every stage of the sales journey, and delivering solutions that align with their unique operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage local restaurant prospects, managing outreach, follow-ups, and closing activities independently
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations that highlight value based on each business’s challenges and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation
- Use Salesforce to track interactions, forecast accurately, and maintain organized pipelines
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position the solution effectively
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, restaurant management, or a related customer-facing role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage is reimbursed)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with proven success in goal-driven environments
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, autonomous settings while collaborating with a broader team
- Comfort with learning and demonstrating software platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or similar methodology
