Responsibilities
- Assist the Sub Agent and Shift Manager in establishing and executing SCL activities.
- Oversee on-site SCL operations, including verifying excavation tolerances, supervising sprayed concrete lining thickness, and completing checksheets to document all work details.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, health and safety protocols, and report any deviations to the Shift Manager or supervisor.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable drawings, specifications, and technical documents, seeking clarification when necessary.
- Keep a detailed daily site diary recording variations, subcontractor presence, and key discussions with client, design, or project team representatives.
- Foster strong collaboration with the client and internal teams to deliver performance beyond expectations.
- Develop and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), plans, and procedures with support, ensuring construction follows approved methods.
- Collaborate with construction and quality teams to finalize Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring timely production of required documentation and checksheets.
- Execute setting-out and quality assurance processes efficiently to avoid delays to the construction schedule.
- Understand and implement relevant environmental, sustainability, and statutory requirements as defined by the client and joint venture partners.

- Working hours: Initially Monday to Friday; transitioning to 24/5 12-hour shifts during VRAS SCL Construction, then 24/7 12-hour shifts for OOC Tunnels Construction
