BeInCrypto is hiring a Web3 Media Business Growth Manager to build and execute a strategic sales plan for our news media platform. United by our passion for blockchain and our mission to be the most user-centric media platform in Web3, you will attract new business clients, foster long-term relationships, and optimize our B2B offerings.
What You'll Do
- Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies for advertising on the Company’s news media platform.
- Generate leads by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for Web3 clients.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and sales progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the Company’s CRM system, HubSpot.
- Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, best practices, and competitor activities in the web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
- Strong network and relationships in the web3 space.
- English as a native language.
- Experience working with average deal sizes over $50,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space.
- An average SQL close rate greater than 35%.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.

You’ll be working with the Sales team. This team manages all client relationships, including sales, customer success, and the trader community. You will report to the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer.
