What You'll Do
Partner with the CEO to transform strategic vision into actionable product plans, guiding the evolution of a leading decentralized finance lending platform. Define and manage the end-to-end product roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering and Protocol teams, ensuring alignment across technical and business priorities.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a growing team of Product Managers and Designers, establishing processes that support rapid iteration and long-term scalability. Champion disciplined product practices across the organization, from discovery through launch and beyond.
Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with Growth, Integrations, and Marketing teams to ensure product rollouts are effective and well-supported. Serve as a critical link between executive-level strategy and frontline execution, maintaining clarity and cohesion across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in Product Management, with proven success in entrepreneurial or high-velocity environments where ownership is essential
- Direct experience building and managing teams of Product Managers and Designers, including hiring, coaching, and performance development
- History of delivering technically complex products from concept to scale
- Active interest in cryptocurrency and web3 technologies, with a clear drive to contribute meaningfully to the space
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage settings without established frameworks
- Exceptional written communication skills, especially in asynchronous workflows
- Strong sense of autonomy paired with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Low ego, humility, and a commitment to constructive feedback
