About the Role

Lead enterprise sales growth by identifying and converting new-to-firm prospects within large organizations. You'll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal close—focusing on building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and ensuring seamless handoff to account management teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business development across your assigned territory, targeting large enterprise clients and expanding market presence
  • Manage complex, high-value sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and long-term decision cycles
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and strategic account planning on a recurring basis
  • Collaborate across functions to align solutions with client needs and organizational goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, with demonstrated success in consultative, intangible, or high-value solution selling
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and navigate enterprise buying processes
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing forecast accuracy
  • Prior experience in new-client acquisition or business development roles preferred
