Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing external or distributed development teams.
- comfortable overseeing multiple related features or products, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across your area of responsibility.
- communication is crystal clear, highly documented, and impossible to misinterpret.
- deep understanding of self-serve SaaS metrics and how product strategy directly influences global growth and user retention.
- comfortable holding external partners accountable to high standards and tight deadlines.
- strong understanding of SaaS business models and performance-driven product environments
- experience with funnel-based products (paid trials, subscriptions, upsells, conversion flows)
- good ability to think from the user’s perspective to optimize conversion rates while maintaining a smooth and logical user experience
- strong intuition for user behavior, drop-off points, and how small product changes impact revenue
- comfortable working on aggressive user acquisition and monetization strategies, with a focus on maximizing revenue per user
