What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll guide software products through every phase of development, beginning with the Blade Asset Management platform. You’ll conduct user research, analyze data, and build prototypes to inform product direction. From drafting requirements to validating functionality and preparing release documentation, you’ll ensure each step aligns with user needs and business goals.
You’ll continuously gather and assess feedback, helping to prioritize improvements and new features. Using tools like DataBricks and Sisense, you’ll extract insights from data to guide decision-making. You’ll also partner with teams across Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services Delivery—supporting product adoption, answering questions, and contributing to implementation efforts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, manage time effectively, and lead projects independently
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using analytical platforms
- Exceptional communication skills—able to clarify complex topics clearly and concisely
- Based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship, now and in the future
- Located in an East Coast time zone and available to start work by 7:00 a.m. ET
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design principles and hands-on experience using Figma
- Understanding of software development workflows and technical concepts
