Shape the future of global expansion by leading product initiatives that drive sustainable growth in non-US markets. You'll define and execute a strategic roadmap focused on acquiring new users, activating buyers and sellers, increasing engagement, and improving long-term retention—tailored to regional contexts while maintaining a cohesive global product foundation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the international growth strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities that unlock scalable progress across multiple regions while addressing systemic barriers and localized friction points.
- Lead a hub-and-spoke model, collaborating with core product teams to ensure international requirements are integrated into long-term platforms—avoiding one-off solutions and ensuring sustainable scalability.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for each market, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and hold teams accountable for measurable outcomes.
- Design and analyze experiments across the user journey, working closely with Data Science and User Research to validate product hypotheses and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Translate on-the-ground insights from regional partners into standardized, repeatable playbooks that enhance product-market fit across diverse geographies.
- Ensure new features are built with global readiness in mind, incorporating internationalization, localization, and regulatory compliance from the earliest stages of development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth in consumer or marketplace products—specifically owning funnels related to acquisition, activation, engagement, or monetization.
- Proven success in driving measurable growth in fast-paced environments, using experimentation and data to influence core business metrics.
- Experience launching or scaling digital products in multiple international markets, adapting to local behaviors, regulations, and infrastructure constraints.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret country-level data, define meaningful metrics, and use both quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make informed calls with incomplete information, and manage complex, multi-team initiatives without sacrificing speed or quality.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership, partnering effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, UX Research, Operations, and regional go-to-market teams.
- Deep empathy for diverse user bases and a commitment to building transparent, trustworthy, and culturally relevant experiences for global audiences.
