What You'll Do
Ensure curriculum products are accurate, functional, and ready for distribution by conducting thorough quality reviews. Support sales initiatives by verifying product details and maintaining reliable data across systems.
Implement and refine operational processes to improve consistency and efficiency across departments. Act as a central point of contact between Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the go-to-market and sampling workflows, ensuring clear communication and timely execution. Identify opportunities to enhance current practices and lead pilot efforts to test new operational strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
- Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Jira for data tracking and reporting
- Proficient in analyzing data and generating insights to support decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams
- Detail-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in education, curriculum development, or publishing is a plus.

Compensation
Base salary range: $56,000–$61,000 annually. This range does not include benefits or additional incentives.
