What You'll Do
Take ownership of defining the strategic direction for our core AI-powered products. You'll develop roadmaps grounded in market insights, customer needs, and business goals, ensuring alignment across departments. Lead discovery efforts through research, competitive analysis, and direct customer engagement to uncover real-world challenges and opportunities.
Translate insights into clear product requirements and user scenarios, working hand-in-hand with engineering and design to build intuitive, impactful solutions. Guide products from concept through launch by managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as the central point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development cycle.
Establish measurable success metrics and monitor post-launch performance. Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine features and drive continuous improvement. Present product progress, strategy, and long-term vision to leadership and key decision-makers. Help shape go-to-market plans with marketing and sales, and support internal teams with training and documentation during rollouts.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience, ideally within software or technology-driven environments
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of agile development practices and full product lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead without formal authority and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Show strong analytical skills, with experience turning data into actionable decisions
- Stay highly organized with excellent project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or equivalent leadership experience
- Experience with tools such as JIRA or Asana for workflow tracking
- Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered development
- Background working closely with APIs and technical engineering teams
- Track record using A/B testing, user research, and data-driven iteration
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, with a requirement to work from the office three days per week. Locations include Silicon Valley and Bangalore. We support a flexible yet collaborative structure that balances in-person alignment with remote productivity.
