The Associate Product Manager will support and scale the work of a Senior Product Manager within one of SchooLinks' product pods. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or career changers looking to grow in a high-growth, driven environment.

What You'll Do

Triaging incoming tickets from support and customer success teams
Creating user stories, development tickets, project managing, and testing enhancements and bug fixes
Serving as subject matter expert for the product area supported - answering questions from customer success managers, sales reps, and others
Writing documentation, release notes, and other artifacts to drive understanding and buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in UI copy writing
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in quality assurance testing
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in training support
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in customer interviews
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in research
Assisting and supporting the product and engineering organization in data cleaning and analysis

What We're Looking For

Early career product manager (either recent graduate or career changer)
Strong operational command of responsibilities
Ability to align with team's needs and goals
Ability to execute quickly on assigned tasks

Team & Environment

The role is part of a product pod model with a Senior Product Manager and Associate Product Manager. You will report directly to the Senior Product Manager.
