- Partner closely with data engineering to translate product vision into technical implementation, ensuring robust data pipelines and reliable access to insights.
- Conduct customer interviews, competitive assessments, and market research to uncover pain points and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Work alongside agile development teams to define user stories, evaluate technical approaches, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Establish success metrics for new features, validate assumptions through testing, and use data to guide prioritization decisions.
- Synthesize feedback from multiple sources to refine product direction and advocate for improvements that drive adoption and value.
- Build alignment across departments by presenting clear business cases and leading discussions on product priorities.
What You Bring
- Minimum of five years of experience managing products in a SaaS environment, with a strong foundation in data systems.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and schema design principles.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools to explore and interpret data independently.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with payment ecosystems—including gateways, processors, authorizations, and settlement flows—is a plus.
