About the Role

This role is centered on building lasting partnerships with a dedicated portfolio of clients. As their primary point of contact, you will proactively support adoption, ensure satisfaction, and uncover opportunities for expansion by deeply understanding each customer's goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, maintaining consistent and strategic communication
  • Drive customer retention and growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through consultative conversations
  • Respond promptly to client needs, offering clear guidance and solutions tailored to their environment
  • Use Salesforce to track interactions, forecast opportunities, and maintain accurate account records
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and product capabilities
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholder levels to support long-term success and advocacy
  • Collaborate internally to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

You bring a customer-first mindset with proven experience managing a book of business through all stages of the customer lifecycle. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly are essential. A background in IT and prior account management experience are required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in North Sydney, with core in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
