Chainlink Labs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Web3 Ecosystem to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for new Web3 infrastructure features and services. You will craft compelling narratives and positioning that translate complex technology into clear business outcomes for both crypto-native developers and enterprise stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute product launches by leading GTM strategy, aligning stakeholders, and executing cross-functional campaigns.
- Craft resonant messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive cross-channel campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative across key services.
- Bridge traditional and onchain finance by shaping Chainlink’s narrative as a foundational layer for DeFi and institutional finance.
- Act as the go-to marketing lead for your product category and a key partner across teams.
- Synthesize user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in infrastructure, developer platforms, or Web3.
- Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and marketing teams.
- Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Proven ability to develop campaign strategies aligning product objectives with audience needs.
- Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or marketing to traditional financial institutions or capital markets.
- Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends.
- Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products and developer tools.
- Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first organization.
