Requirements
You bring proven experience in product leadership with a strong foundation in user-centered design and data-informed decision-making. Fluency in English is required, along with expertise in market and competitive analysis, product roadmap planning, and agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban. You're skilled in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub to manage workflows and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in data analytics platforms—including Superset, Tableau, Excel, or Google Sheets—is essential for tracking KPIs and uncovering behavioral insights. You understand UX/UI principles and have experience conducting user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Knowledge of marketing metrics, pricing models, and subscription-based monetization strategies is critical to balancing revenue goals with user value.
