The Product Manager / Product Owner at Carrot Institute plays a central role in driving products from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. This position requires a strategic thinker who partners closely with design, development, marketing, and sales to deliver products that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business goals
- Gather and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and customers
- Work closely with designers and developers to translate requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features and functionality
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Track and analyze product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and post-launch monitoring
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product value proposition and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders
