MLabs is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business development and marketing execution within the Web3 and DePIN ecosystem. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing B2B relationships, and leading campaigns for both external partners and our internal brands.
What You'll Do
- Identify, acquire, and manage new B2B clients within the Web3 and DePIN sectors.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, represent the brand professionally, and lead sales process development and optimization.
- Analyze project requests, prepare pitches, develop tailored proposals, and strategically advise clients.
- Coordinate and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for external partners and internal brands.
- Manage customer communication across email, Discord, and community channels.
- Support our online shop development and optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or agency environments.
- Familiarity with Web3 and crypto.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities.
- High degree of independence, reliability, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- A degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, or business.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the DePIN ecosystem.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
