Moneycorp is hiring a Senior Partnership Development Manager

About the Role

As the Senior Partnership Development Manager, you will lead the expansion of a high-value referral partner network across North America, shaping long-term growth through strategic relationship development. You will oversee a team of Business Development Managers, guiding them to identify, onboard, and support referring partners while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into active referring partners through targeted outreach and relationship building
  • Lead regular engagement with existing partners through meetings, follow-ups, and training sessions to maintain strong collaboration
  • Develop and execute account plans to strengthen partner performance and retention
  • Deliver sales presentations and introduce new services to partners, ensuring they remain informed and engaged
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments, sharing insights with your team to adapt strategies effectively
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members within the Business Development function
  • Collaborate with the Country Manager to set team targets, track KPIs, and refine performance strategies
  • Ensure all client and partner interactions comply with regulatory requirements, including KYC and CRM documentation standards
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to expand the partner network and represent the company in the market
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within the CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in business development or sales, with proven success in building and managing referral partner networks
  • Experience launching or scaling a business development team or function
  • Background in financial services, with understanding of FX solutions and regulatory environments
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with confidence in public speaking and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and solve complex business challenges
  • Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and maintaining high operational standards
