What You'll Do
Drive new business development by identifying and converting prospects into Referring Partners through outreach, networking, and industry events. You'll initiate contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings to expand the firm’s client base.
Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and scheduled visits. You’ll ensure partners remain engaged by sharing updates on services, delivering presentations, and coordinating training sessions as needed.
Support the onboarding and growth of new and current partners by preparing proposals, securing agreements, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing service excellence.
Monitor market trends and industry developments by reviewing financial news, daily briefings, and internal reports. You’ll share insights with the team monthly to help shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including KYC protocols, documentation accuracy, and data privacy. You’ll uphold company procedures in all client and partner interactions, maintaining high-quality written and verbal correspondence.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in business development or sales within financial services
- Proven background in a fast-moving customer-facing or financial environment
- Familiarity with financial products, markets, and client risk management solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Skilled in negotiation, influence, and problem-solving
- Confident public speaker with presentation experience
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize outreach effectively

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Stamford, Connecticut. You’ll be expected to work from the office one day per week, with the remainder of the week spent remotely or traveling to meet clients and partners.
